The master guru at The Hood, always wearing Converse and walked across the country with his dog. A culinary superhero who can simultaneously fix kitchen equipment, speak to a client on how best to scale their recipe, and taste test client offerings. His door is always open and his sense of humor is always sharp.

When not fielding urgent FaceTime calls from her girls regarding “very important girl stuff”, she is expertly touring potential clients through The Hood. Karen is a wealth of information regarding the inner workings of our kitchens!

Carmen is an expert at getting her point across with humor; just don’t cross her. She knows everything happening during the day and is always willing to jump in to help get things done. We call her the boss!
