The Hood Kitchen Space was born in 2012 out of a need for reliable commercial kitchen space in Orange County.  We are a shared commercial production kitchen serving caterers, food manufacturers, meal-prep companies, bakers, packaged-food businesses, private chefs, and other culinary professionals. More than 1,500 businesses have used our facility to launch, produce, and grow.

The Hood is not a ghost kitchen or delivery-kitchen facility. Our space is not designed for delivery-only restaurants that depend on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar services for individual customer-order pickups.
