The Hood is an all-inclusive hub that provides comprehensive flex space for artisans at every level and any specialty. From start-up concepts to professional chefs, The Hood Kitchen, Studio, Market and Event Space provides turn-key solutions for creating, educating, training, showcasing and entertaining. Developed by Orange County chefs who brought a space to life that was exactly what they were looking for but couldn’t find during their tenure in the kitchen.
The Hood Kitchen Space is a 10,000 square ft commercial kitchen facility focused on providing clean, health department certified space for chefs, restaurants, bakers, food artisans, consultants and culinary teachers to flourish, at any stage in their business. Available hourly, weekly or monthly, we provide a low risk alternative for food preparation and R&D. At THKS, we seek people and businesses with great products, efficient processes, and flexible mindset. Each of our 6 commercial kitchens come standard with a 6 burner Royal range, double deck convection oven, grill, stock pot burner, a prep sink and 2 prep tables.
Our prep and packaging areas are perfect for clients who do not require a cook line. The tables are rented individually or grouped together as a station.
Our Bakery/Studio space is perfect for cooking classes, team building events, pop up dinners and more. This space also has a reach in refrigerator, maple top table, 6 prep tables and a 30Qt mixer. The space can be rented together or separately.
