The Hood Kitchen Space offers six fully equipped commercial kitchens and 12 prep stations; built to accommodate the unique requirements of our clients. Equipped with all of the tools and amenities that one would require, the kitchens offer various pieces of shared equipment. They also feature in-demand items like a flat top griddle, blast chiller, tilt skillets, and so much more! One unique feature of the kitchen space is baking Kitchen FIVE which is outfitted to accommodate demonstration cooking classes, filming, or small team-building events for up to 25 guests. Additionally, The Hood is proud to have partnerships with food suppliers like US Foods, helping connect our clients with the resources they desire.
